The vision of the festival - "first autograph"

Our first goal is to establish "theatre groups" for young people in all public and public schools in the six municipalities of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara. This will help other 64 communities and schools in Georgia and serve as an example to raise interest in theatre arts. The next goal of the festival is to become the most important youth theatre festival in our country. As a long-term goal, the festival will transform into an international platform and establish itself as an important theatre festival in the Black Sea region, whose main interest is theatre arts for youth.

The mission of the festival

In the first phase, active participation and direct involvement in the theatrical life of Georgian regional and general schools and the young generation (as actors, directors, scriptwriters, composers, artists, etc.)

which is undeniably an excellent support for public or private schools and the education system in general. In the following festival years, we would like to give the festival an international dimension by having groups from different countries participate.

As we have noted, the foreign troops will be accompanied by quite a large number of members, which will greatly raise the profile of the region as a tourist destination, especially for people visiting Ajara for the first time.

While working on a play, the young people get to know writers, dramaturges, actors, and directors and have less time to "waste" "uselessly." They improve their language, show musical or choreographic talent, the ability to transform into and understand different characters, learn about professions, and become more educated and confident. The festival gives students, teachers, and administrators the opportunity to meet with their counterparts from other schools and share their experiences and work. The festival also offers them the opportunity to develop their professional skills at different stages through various seminars and workshops. The "First Autograph" festival will help our teenagers to achieve this goal.
